Responsibilities:
Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process and in servicing new accounts or additional business for existing accounts, helping ensure account retention and growth.Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed.Places orders for the Account Manager.Follows up as needed on orders to ensure satisfactory delivery.Prepare quotes, research customer product questions, and assist with bids.Handles all aspects of order preparation.Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales.Assists the Account Manager with stock, credit, and shipping issues, as well as open/backlogged orders.

USD $21.76/Hr.

Qualifications:
