Answer internal and customer inquiries

Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints

Maintain up-to-date customer records
Requirements
5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, supporting a sales team, reporting, and proposal development

1+ years of experience in reports, contracts, statistics, accounts, or a related field
,
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Applications
,
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
,
A self-starter with good problem-solving and organizational skills
