Our team collaborates with top plastic surgeons, dermatologists, med spas, and aesthetics clinics across the country, and we are seeking an energetic, well-spoken, and outgoing intern to assist with our newest program. In this role, you will: • Engage with Prospective Patients: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective aesthetic patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience. • Schedule Appointments: Utilize our booking systems to accurately schedule appointments for consultations with leading aesthetic practitioners. • Provide Information: Offer comprehensive information on services, promotions, and practitioner availability, ensuring patients feel informed and excited about their upcoming treatments. • Confirm and Follow Up: Promptly and professionally confirm appointments, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and manage the lead follow-up process to ensure effective customer engagement. • Achieve and Earn: Earn competitive hourly compensation of $25, plus bonus pay for each appointment booked. Job Requirements: • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, showcasing your ability to interact with clients professionally and positively. • Beauty and Aesthetics Knowledge: Familiarity with cosmetic procedures, skincare products, or beauty services is advantageous, helping you to connect with our clients' needs. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering excellent service and engaging with clients effectively. • Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Independence: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are key to managing your tasks efficiently.
