This hybrid role involves providing administrative, sales, and customer support to sales representatives and managers, while offering an opportunity for early-career professionals to grow into a sales position. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to sales representatives, managers, and attorneys Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, and invoice processing Support customer service inquiries and help route or resolve routine questions Maintain and update sales databases and records to ensure accuracy Generate basic reports and gather information to support sales initiatives Coordinate marketing materials, event logistics, and training support as needed Assist with onboarding, training sessions, and educational events Perform additional support duties as assigned Skills 1–3 years of substantive experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role required High school diploma or equivalent required Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the sales department/field required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines required Clear written and verbal communication skills required Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to assist internal and external stakeholders required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Some college preferred; college grads looking for a new career are very welcome to apply Familiarity with CRM or sales database systems such as Salesforce is a plus Benefits Top-tier medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 401(k) plan with employer matching Paid parental leave Generous PTO and sick leave Additional perks Company Overview Pernini Legal brings over three decades of unparalleled legal experience.
