Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Dillard's to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Keep merchandise and display areas neat and organized to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure all customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Stay up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting and exceeding sales and customer service targets.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer shopping experience through proactive and positive interactions.
Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
