• Conduct virtual meetings with clients and lead by example, showcasing top-notch sales techniques
• Manage and optimize the sales process for unionized benefits packages and permanent coverage options
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within your team

Compensation:

Our unique compensation structure rewards both individual sales performance and team growth. First-year earning potential for successful coaches ranges from $80K-$150K+, with significant growth opportunities in subsequent years.

Requirements:
• Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one through our sponsored program)
• 1+ year of team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• A commitment to ethical sales practices and a passion for continuous improvement
