Sales Strategy Lead

In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, create and improve processes for our CRM tools and help optimize sales operations. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to develop dashboards, track key performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs), and deliver actionable insights that fuel revenue growth and operational excellence. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, excels at financial modeling and data analysis, and is eager to contribute to strategic initiatives that move the business forward. Responsibilities:
Conducts data analysis and develops dashboards to monitor business performance as well as individual performance of sales team, including revenue, pricing, and operational metricsSupports territory and coverage designDesigns and roles out sales comp plan in alignment with our strategic initiativesTracks and reports on OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives across departmentsSupports annual and quarterly planning cycles, including forecasting and scenario modelingDevelops business cases for new initiatives and strategic investments; identifies and evaluates new growth initiatives and partnership opportunitiesMaintains and optimizes sales tools, including day-to-day operations of HubSpot and Sales NavigatorWorks with partners to ensure the CRM is optimized to support growthCollaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic prioritiesHelps educate teams on SaaS metrics, including ensuring pipeline accuracy for net-new revenueWorks cross-functionally with Legal to ensure accurate and compliant bookingsProgrammatic support for key initiatives
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:5 years of experience in a sales or revenue operations role3 years of hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting5 years of experience in the SaaS or technology industry preferredAdvanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint for executive presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsStrong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business modelsStrong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Familiarity with OKR/KPI frameworks and performance trackingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to deliver Executive level storytelling with dataAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentAbility to apply business strategy frameworks to real-world problems Required Training, Certification and Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniquesExposure to deal desk operations and contract complianceKnowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR) Preferred Experience5 years prior involvement in pricing strategy or deal desk functions5 years experience supporting strategic planning processes in a mid-sized technology company5 years experience creating and maintaining processes within a CRM tool Preferred Training, Certification and Education: MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline Working Conditions:Must be able to use equipment at workstation, in an indoor environment, for up to 8 hours dailyRemote/Home office Benefits Overview At NASCO, we trust our workforce to be fully remote, working from their home.
