Sales Representative - Tax/Accounting

As an Inside Sales Representative at our firm, you will conduct discovery meetings with qualified leads generated by the marketing team and engage with qualified clients to discuss our tax planning and accounting services. Additionally, you will utilize our extensive lead database to identify additional sales opportunities.

Salary + Commission Starting at: $50,000 - $130,000
Areas of Responsibility
Lead engaging discovery meetings with qualified inbound leads to understand their pain points and identify how our services can deliver valueBecome an expert in the firmâs service offerings and clearly communicate how we solve clientsâ challengesAnalyze and understand client needs, presenting relevant solutionsRoute complex opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development and closure as needed, ensuring smooth transitionsClose deals with prospective clients and consistently achieve quarterly sales goalsProactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and tapping into our existing lead listResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interest by creating tailored outreach strategies as neededCultivate relationships with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in a related fieldProven success in inside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding goalsProfessional video presence, with experience managing 7+ calls per dayExperience utilizing Hubspot, ClickUp, or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospectsStrong listening and presentation skills, ensuring client needs are clearly understoodExcellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
