Sales Representative (Remote | Commission-Only, Uncapped) Blue Collar Back Office is a growing New Jersey–based back-office and bookkeeping firm supporting blue-collar and small business owners. As we continue to expand our territory, we’re looking to add a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help us grow into new markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with business owners and closing long-term, recurring business. What You’ll Do • Prospect and engage small business owners in new and existing territories • Qualify needs and present our services clearly • Follow up and close new business • Build long-term client relationships • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding What We’re Looking For • B2B sales experience preferred (not required if you can sell) • Strong phone, email, and video communication skills • Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound outreach • Goal-driven and commission-focused • Bonus: experience selling professional or accounting services Compensation & Perks • Commission-only, uncapped with recurring income o 25% Year 1 | 20% Year 2 | 15% Year 3 | 10% Year 4 | 5% residual thereafter • Flexible schedule • Fully remote • Proven services and a supportive team Why This Role: You’re helping expand our footprint while selling real solutions that create long-term value—resulting in recurring commissions and referrals.
