Sales Representative (FT or PT) Work From Home
The Cooper Group is hiring remote representatives to work with inbound clients and support a range of coverage and protection needs.
This is a fully remote, phone-based role for individuals who want flexible scheduling, performance-based income, and the ability to grow over time. Representatives work from home, manage their own calendars, and handle client conversations from initial inquiry through completion.
We provide structured training, established systems, and ongoing support. We work with both new and experienced professionals. Some applicants are new to the industry and want a clear framework to learn the role. Others come from sales or client-facing backgrounds and are looking for better systems, flexibility, and income potential.
What You’ll Do
• Speak with individuals who have requested information
• Conduct phone or virtual conversations to understand needs and eligibility
• Review available options and explain next steps clearly
• Assist clients through required application and documentation processes
• Provide follow-up and ongoing client support as needed
• Manage your own schedule, activity, and production
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable communicating by phone or video
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
• Prior sales or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licensing with support
