Sales Representative (FT or PT) Work From Home

The Cooper Group is hiring remote representatives to work with inbound clients and support a range of coverage and protection needs. This is a fully remote, phone-based role for individuals who want flexible scheduling, performance-based income, and the ability to grow over time. Representatives work from home, manage their own calendars, and handle client conversations from initial inquiry through completion. We provide structured training, established systems, and ongoing support. We work with both new and experienced professionals. Some applicants are new to the industry and want a clear framework to learn the role. Others come from sales or client-facing backgrounds and are looking for better systems, flexibility, and income potential.
