Our company is looking for ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team of Customer Service Representatives. The representative is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and some light office duties. Some computer skills needed. The ability to maintain a professional manner and handle customers of all characters.

Answer inbound calls from customers and book jobs.
Answer general questions about products or policies.
Provide information on products/services or policies.
Explain the details of policies to customers.
Speak clearly and precisely on the phone.
Listen to customers' needs and provide the appropriate solution.
Be able output large quantities of information.
Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints.
