• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services that enhance client success
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the software
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the marketplaceSkills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within software or technology sectors
• Excellent customer service skills with a knack for building rapport and trust quickly
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and managing your own schedule
