Sales Rep (Setter and Closer) for Online Business Consultancy
I'm looking for a motivated sales rep to help book and close calls for my online business consultancy. Ideally someone with extra availability looking to take on a side contract. This posting is a one off opportunity with ongoing contracts if successful. What we do: We help early online businesses and startups fix broken areas and grow all business functions - data, sales, systems, structure - giving them a clear growth plan. Our main offer is currently discounted at £799 and we want extra clients onboard this month. The role: Reach out to leads and book intro calls via social media Join or follow up on calls to close the deal Work independently, manage your own time Give regular feedback and update CRM records daily You'll be a good fit if: Native English speaker You've got some sales experience You're comfortable on calls and confident following up Familiar with social media businesses (particularly Instagram/Facebook/X) You're reliable and can communicate clearly You're looking for flexible, commission-based work on the side Compensation: 20% commission per closed deal (£160 per sale) Goal: 3 clients = £480 potential Following contract upwards of £1600 p/m This is commission-only. I'm not looking for someone who needs hand-holding - I want someone who can own the process and get results. This could grow into a bigger role as the business scales.
