In this role, you will:
Ā Pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
Ā Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and tailor our services to meet their requirements effectively.
Ā Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of our cohosting services.
Ā Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals and secure long-term contracts with property owners.
Ā Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Ā Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Ā Close on contracts and create property inspection lists during initial visits at client properties.
Benefits and Compensation
This position offers a competitive commission-only compensation structure, with recurring revenue of 5%-15% of the term of the service contract, and 25-75% commission onboarding fee, ranging from $450 to $750 per client. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
