Sales- Remote-Time Critical Air Freight

Royale International is an international expedited air freight forwarder with global capabilities and coverage. We are seeking an energetic, professional sales person with knowledge of the international air freight business. Royale specializes in highly time critical services, mainly international Hand Carry OBC and international Next Flight Out (NFO) air freight services. This sales person would work from their home. This position is remote. Base pay plus commission. Responsibilities: • Generate additional revenue through on boarding of new customers within a large territory. • Identify potential new customers. • Remotely manage a set of existing customers to ensure maximum business development within those customers as well as an excellent ongoing relationship. Again, within a large territory of the USA. • Create and maintain SOPs for customers • Respond to large RFP’s (create written response and solution design as well as help with costing/pricing) • Update CRM and provide internal reports as needed. Territory: Eastern USA (east of the Mississippi) Qualifications and Experience: • Knowledge of International Hand Carry On Board Courier operations/shipments. • Knowledge of Next Flight Out (NFO) air freight services and operations. • Knowledge of general customs requirements. • Good global geographic knowledge. • One year minimum successful industry specific sales experience. • Experience with creation of RFP responses, bids, proposals. • Can use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio effectively.
