Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Commission-Only Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to recruit nationwide for various high-success campaigns. As a recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to answer calls and messages from interested candidates. You do not need to run your own ads, as we handle ad placement on multiple platforms, but you are welcome to use any additional recruitment methods you prefer. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to calls and messages from prospective candidates • Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including a simple online application and orientation • Ensure recruits complete the onboarding process smoothly • Use any platforms or mediums to source candidates, including social media and direct outreach • Manage multiple candidates and conversations effectively • Provide transparency and track recruits’ progress using our robust reporting system Compensation: - This is a Commission Only Position • $1,000 per onboarded recruit • $25 per sale for the first 40 sales made by your recruits • Some campaigns offer additional onboarding bonuses Qualifications: • Preferred: Background in sales and recruiting • Ability to handle multiple conversations and manage time efficiently • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and through text messages • Reliable and available to respond quickly to candidates • Willingness to be trained on how to sell the position to candidates What We Offer: • Fully remote, virtual work environment • Weekly direct deposit payroll with an itemized breakdown of recruits' sales • Comprehensive training on how to engage and recruit candidates effectively • Access to a transparent, online group tracking sales and recruits' performance • Extensive resources, including a careers page with visual representations of the job and responsibilities Why Join Us?
