Sales, Customer Service & Production Assistant
Varied Role in a Small Decorative Lighting Manufacturing Company
We are a small, specialist lighting manufacturer looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a varied role spanning sales, customer service and production support.
This position would suit a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a creative business or someone interested in pursuing a relevant apprenticeship. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing orders using Shopify and Xero
Communicating directly with customers by telephone and email
Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom (full product training provided)
Supporting purchasing activities and supplier communication
Assisting with manufacturing and workshop tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills
Someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to different tasks across the business
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
IT confidence – experience with Shopify or Xero is an advantage, but not essential
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days (Monday-Friday), with flexibility for the right candidate
