Accountabilities • Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with procedures. • Assist in the creation of presentations by compiling data and finalizing materials. • Coordinate onboarding for new sales members, ensuring readiness on day one. • Act as a liaison for regional sales teams and internal partners. • Maintain and manage schedules for meetings and appointments. • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies. • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings. • Support monthly reporting on sales snapshots and market updates. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines. Requirements • Work authorization to operate in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. • Availability to work in the Mountain Time Zone. • Experience managing confidential information. • Strong communication skills across functions and levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Highly organized with prioritization skills under time pressure.
