We are now looking for an Sales Operations Specialist for the MEA market to refine our communications with clients and build strong business relationships.What You Will Be Doing:Managing accounts from onboarding to renewalManaging and guiding clients on all levels: technical, business, and product (collaborating with other teams)Working on quotes, agreements, and NDAs – making sure the client’s onboarding journey is smooth and quickResearching & identifying potential prospects based on strategy development aspectsMaintaining highly targeted outbound outreach (incl. email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to source meetings with key prospectsIntroducing clients to the new features and handling new feature releasesAbout You:Great command of EnglishDemonstrated account management experience in sales in B2B cloud/SaaS software or financial services/compliance/cryptoCRM pipeline management notionExcellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detailQuick learner, ready to work in a fast-pacing and developing startup environmentAmbitious and willing to grow within a sales teamResponsible, detail-oriented, and self-organisedWhat We Offer:Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
