This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience and exposure to various Order Management functions in our Sales department.Location, Schedule, & Compensation:In-office/non-remoteMaryville, TN40 hours per weekMonday-FridayPaidEducation and Experience:Currently enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program in a related field.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer creation
Order entry
Order cleanup (including taking and making phone calls for credit card payments, FFL updates, etc.)
Documenting department procedures
Complete assignments and projects to support Sales Operations team and respond to additional assignments from management as required
Communicate and work with other operations team members as required
Actively participate with team members to achieve company goals
Maintain the company's standard of excellence in customer service
Follow all company policies, programs and procedures

Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
