Sales Operations Coordinator- Specialty Sales

Schylling Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support their Specialty Sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient order processing through the sales system, while also aiding in reporting, communication, and operational coordination within a fast-paced sales environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with weekly rep update communicationsMaintain rep contact records and communication listsPrepare PowerPoint materials for sales updates and meetingsPrepare reports using NetSuite, Excel, and DatarailsUtilize Excel pivot tables to support reporting and analysisAssist the Director of Specialty Sales with sales reporting and documentationIdentify trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities within sales dataCompare trade show order lists with NetSuite records to confirm all show orders are entered and accounted forIdentify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issuesAssist with daily Syncware monitoring and push ordersProvide backup support for system-related tasks including B2B requests, MarketTime orders, and sales inbox monitoringCoordinate buying group promotions and programsAllocate product for buying group catalog selectionsManage showroom samples and maintain current product displaysCoordinate showroom product presentation for seasonal markets and trade showsProofread the Summer Supplement and Annual CatalogAssist with catalog production and distribution tasksDistribute monthly discontinued item lists to rep principalsSend seasonal materials including price lists, spec sheets, digital catalogs, and promotionsAssist customers and reps with locating high-resolution product imagesCoordinate image requests through the Image BankResearch social media, retail websites, and industry sources to monitor trends and competitor activityTrack customer feedback regarding Schylling, NeeDoh, and competitor brandsSkills1–3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data organizationStrong research and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced seasonal sales environment tied to trade shows and market cyclesOccasional domestic travel for seasonal shows or trade eventsMust possess a customer focused mindset and collaborative attitudeAbility to work in our North Andover office, three days per weekHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBA or BS in business, marketing, or similar field preferredExperience with NetSuite, Datarails, or sales reporting systems preferredBenefitsMedical and dental coverage with an 80% company contributionVision insuranceCompany-paid life and disability insurancePTO and 10 paid holidaysProduct discount401k with company matchCompany OverviewFor over forty years, Schylling Inc.
