This job will require someone with deep experience in Meta Ads for brick-and-mortar businesses. About Gym Reinforcements We help group training gyms in the United States get more members, more revenue, and more profit by running their digital marketing and providing remote sales reps. We’re a done-for-you growth engine for gym owners who want predictable member growth without building an in-house marketing and sales team. We’re at 40 team members and $1.5M/year in revenue, and now need a true operator to turn what works into a scalable machine. Role Overview ►You will be the operational backbone of Gym Reinforcements. ►You will be the head of the fulfillment side of the company. It’s 50% leading the team, coaching them and holding them accountable on success with Meta Ads, follow best practices with appointment setting and selecting offers that are proven to work. ►The other 50% is directly communicating with clients (Gym Owners) to coach them on their offers and optimize their marketing and sales process. ►This is a fit if you’ve already helped a B2B services or agency business grow from roughly $1M to $5M+ and you want to build again, not consult from the sidelines. Key Outcomes (First 12 Months) You will be accountable for: • Profitability: Increase the amount of clients on both services (Meta Ads and Appt Setter) to 80%. We are currently at 50%. • Founder Time: Remove the founder from 80%+ of day-to-day operational decisions. • Delivery: On-time, error-free delivery across all clients services. • Retention: Achieve 95% or better retention every single month. Responsibilities • Client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing delivery. • Optimize internal systems, workflows, SOPs, and documentation. • Lead Meta Ads marketing team to get 75+ qualified leads each month for the gyms we service. • Run weekly department meeting and troubleshoot struggling accounts. • Lead quarterly strategy meetings with leadership team. • Break company goals into clear projects, owners, and deadlines. • Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. • Identify and remove bottlenecks across teams. • Manage and develop Team Leaders and Digital Marketers. • Ensure hiring, onboarding, and performance management are consistent and data-driven. • Uphold a culture of accountability, honesty, and continuous improvement. Requirements Must haves: • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing agency services • 5+ years experience with Meta Ads • 2+ years experience with GoHighLevel • Recent experience as Director of Operations, VP Ops, GM, or similar Proven track record of: • Improving profitability (can walk through the numbers). • Managing managers and leading remote teams. • Designing and running dashboards, KPIs, and operating rhythms. • Strong understanding of how sales, marketing, and fulfillment fit together in a service business. Nice to have: • Experience with gyms / fitness / franchises. • Experience with remote sales teams, SDR/closer models, or call centers. • Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Loom and AppointWise.
