We're seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Manager to take our sales operations to the next level.
What You’ll Do
• Lead our acquisition sales team
• Coach, support, and hold accountable a team of cold callers and closers
• Track KPIs and sales performance
• Optimize the lead-to-contract pipeline and improve close rates
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and sales strategy
• Identify and eliminate pipeline bottlenecks
• Build a winning, high-performance sales culture
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $3,000/month (fixed)
Tiered Commission Structure (based on monthly gross revenue, capped at 6%):
Monthly Gross Revenue and Commission Rate
$0 – $99,999 = 0%
$100,000 – $199,999 = 2%
$200,000 – $299,999 = 3%
$300,000 – $399,999 = 4%
$400,000 – $499,999 = 5%
$500,000+ = 6% (maximum)
Example: If company revenue hits $500K/month, you earn a $30,000 commission — plus your $3,000 base, totaling $33,000/month.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in sales management (real estate or high-ticket sales preferred)
• 2 years of Real Estate experience
• Experience managing remote sales teams and working in a CRM-driven environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven
• A proven record of helping sales teams scale and hit revenue goals
