Sales Manager (Proxy Services)
SpectraPilot is a fast-growing provider of proxy solutions for businesses across Europe. The company focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and diverse proxy infrastructures (residential, datacenter, and mobile) tailored for industries requiring robust data access and online anonymity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and acquire new B2B clients across Europe.
- Promote and sell proxy services, including residential, datacenter, and mobile proxies.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and contract signing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients, perform upselling and cross-selling of services.
- Prepare commercial offers and presentations, lead negotiations with decision-makers.
- Collect client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within IT, proxy, telecom, SaaS, VPN, CDN, or hosting sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills, especially with key decision-makers.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- High level of proactivity, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with clients in industries such as fraud prevention, adtech, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or cybersecurity.
- Understanding of the proxy services market and related technologies.
