Sales Manager (Pharma exp required- Remote position)
Our client is looking for a Regional Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of the GPO, healthcare industry, large community oncology systems, and 'business of oncology'
Strong analytical skills related to GPO pull-through and strong client management skills
Experience with the presentation of financial contracts to decision makers at the highest levels of large oncology organizations
Ability to interpret financial data of the healthcare industry and develop strategies to overcome financial issues that are identified
Ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information & develop strategies and tactics to respond to marketplace changes
Knowledge of strategic and consultative selling techniques
Ability to use healthcare economic information to demonstrate the financial impacts of product usage
Ability to demonstrate effective business, presentation, and leadership skills
Existing relationships with financial decision makers in the community oncology setting
Direct launch experience
Managed care exposure
Field management experience
Candidate will lead a launch and manage/develop a team of 6 key account managers
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in pharma sales at least 2 of those overseeing/training other sales reps
Relevant experience working with GPO contracts
Established relationships within community oncology organizations
Market Access Launch experience preferred
Field management experience
