Sales Manager - Home Health & Hospice (Full Remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and organizations to inform them about Enhabit's services. • Implement programs and protocols aimed at improving home health care and hospice services. • Serve as a public awareness representative, educating the community about available services and how to access them. • Achieve or surpass referral and admission targets as established by the Division Manager. Requirements • Previous experience in home health or hospice sales is preferred; however, demonstrated sales performance is equally important. • A college degree, at least one year of sales or business experience, or licensure as a nurse is required. • Ability to develop and support referral source relationships. • Comfortable with making cold calls and delivering confident presentations to physicians. • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance. • Dependable transportation in good working condition. • Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
