As the Sales Manager for our Associate Sales Executive team, you will lead, coach, and drive a high-performing group focused on sales growth within the Global Large Law Firm segment. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds performance KPIs, sales targets, and maintains rigorous activity standards for prospecting and pipeline building strategies. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement processes that maximize pipeline development, demand generation, and opportunity conversion.About the RoleIn this role as Manager, Associate Sales Executives, you will:Lead and manage a team of Associate Sales Executives, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales goals and activity targetsDrive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, holding the team accountable for metrics and performanceDevelop and implement high-volume front-end sales processes, including lead generation, outreach, and appointment settingCollaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams to design and execute sales strategies and campaignsMonitor and analyze sales pipeline, demand generation, and opportunity assessment data to inform decisions and drive growthSupport team members in prospecting, client meetings, and solution presentations, ensuring best practices in consultative sellingFoster excellent engagement and utilization of Salesforce and AI-powered sales enablement tools across the teamPartner with Talent Acquisition to aggressively recruit and hire top talent into the Associate Sales Executive program, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-potential individuals ready to contribute to BD and sales metrics from day oneChampion the growth and development of each Associate Sales Executive by actively managing their progression, identifying their strengths, and partnering with internal stakeholders to place them into their next role within TR — treating talent development and internal mobility as a core performance metric equal in weight to sales and BD goalsAbout YouYou're a fit for the role of Manager, Associate Sales Executives if your background includes:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceThorough knowledge of sales processes and solution selling, including SaaS productsProven experience in outbound sales and new business development, ideally within the legal or professional services industryStrong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting relating to sales pipeline and activity metricsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExpert proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteAmbitious, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed targets and support team growthKey DeliverablesMeet and exceed financial and activity targets to support sales growthDevelop and manage processes for high-volume sales activity, lead generation, and outreachEnsure excellent engagement with Salesforce and adoption of cutting-edge AI sales enablement toolsSupport the professional development, progression, and internal mobility of Associate Sales Executives#LI-AY1What’s in it For You?Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $199,500 USD - $370,500 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
