Requirements:
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Experience managing teams focused on upsell, cross-sell, or account management.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
