This role offers a competitive package, depending on experience, with the opportunity for commissions that are uncapped.ResponsibilitiesPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be madePursue new leads from cold call to closeFollow up on new leads and referralsIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedPrepare pricing proposals and sales contractsDevelop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledgeWork with cross-functional teams when requiredCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCWParticipate in marketing event such as seminars, tradeshows, and other industry eventsLead generation: establish contact via phone and email to physician practices with the goal to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks Industry leading Electronic Health Record SoftwareExecute sales campaigns to target audienceWork collaboratively in team environment to Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedRequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s degree2 years of successful Healthcare IT sales experienceMust have a proven track record of generating AND closing own leads through cold callsMust be able to travel at least 25% of the timeOther Skills/AbilitiesProfessional demeanorKnowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesExcellent communication skills and customer orientationProficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and the InternetStrong ability to foster meaningful business relationshipsOrganizational skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to persuade and influence othersAbility to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new businesseClinicalWorks offers a rich suite of benefits which include the following: eighteen days of Paid Time Off per year which scales based on tenure; nine Paid Holidays and one Floating Holiday; insurance for eligible employees which includes medical, dental, vision, basic life, short term disability, long term disability, business travel accident, and accidental death and dismemberment.As well, we offer a 401(k) plan with a Company safe harbor contribution; Flexible Spending Account for Health Care and Dependent Care for eligible employees; limited personal leave; additional voluntary benefits, including additional insurance (hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident, supplemental life, short term disability buy up, pet), genetic testing, legal plan, and supplemental accidental death and dismemberment; and an annual discretionary bonus for eligible employees.eClinicalWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
