Role Summary
Weβre hiring a Sales & Event Marketing Specialist to lead and coordinate event strategy, marketing execution, and field-level outreach across two brand identities: Madison Avenue Consulting (services) and Pulse (product). This role will focus heavily on event planning and branding for Madison Avenue while also collaborating with the Pulse product team on go-to-market strategy, demo logistics, and Salesforce ecosystem engagement.
This is a hybrid marketing role for someone who thrives at events, enjoys bringing a brand to life, and is comfortable working cross-functionally across product, sales, and partner marketing teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
For Madison Avenue Consulting (Services):
β’ Plan and coordinate presence at industry events, Salesforce World Tours, Basecamps, and Dreamforce.
β’ Oversee booth design, collateral creation, shipping logistics, and brand consistency for services.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to organize Lunch & Learns, QBRs, and webinars promoting our service capabilities.
β’ Work with BDRs to execute post-event follow-up campaigns and manage lead pipelines in Salesforce CRM.
For Pulse (Product):
β’ Support the Pulse Product Strategy team with messaging, branding, and event presence.
β’ Attend Salesforce Tower Lunch & Learns and product-focused events to evangelize Pulse.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Sales Engineers to coordinate demos and gather market feedback.
β’ Assist with crafting product narratives, competitive positioning, and success stories tailored to healthcare providers.
β’ Maintain alignment with Salesforce Partner Managers to increase visibility and influence within Salesforce sales teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
β’ 3+ years in B2B marketing or event management, ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem.
β’ Prior experience supporting or marketing a Salesforce ISV, PDO, or Consulting Partner is highly valued.
β’ Skilled at organizing field events, managing logistics, and coordinating internal stakeholders.
β’ Comfortable attending events, building on-site relationships, and supporting live presentations.
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce partner dynamics and event structures (e.g., World Tour, Dreamforce).
β’ Familiar with tools like Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, or other marketing automation platforms.
Bonus Points For
β’ Existing relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, or Partner Managers.
β’ Experience in healthcare or health tech marketing, especially in home care or behavioral health.
β’ Proven ability to deliver strong brand messaging across product and service lines.
β’ Ability to produce light graphic or content materials for event promotion.
