Sales Engineer, CG Drives & Automation

Are you an experienced B2B sales person with a background within technical sales and a strong drive to develope new, long-term relationships with customers, and contribute to business development?

We are always looking for great sales people to all our core markets, Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, growing and sustaining sales opportunities within stated key industries. The person facilitates growth by identifying new business opportunities and is responsible for ensuring system optimization to the end-customers, system integrators and OEM’s. One of the focus areas in this role is to increase the company’s project sales and to broaden the client portfolio.
Your responsibility includes:
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Develop sales plans in line with our strategy and set annual targets on selected customers and regions
• Promote the company’s image and added value
• Support existing customers and build long-term relationships
• Develop new solutions for the customers
• In collaboration with colleagues, work to increase the company’s project sales
Your profile

In order to be successful in the role as Sales Engineer you have previous experience from B2B sales, solution sales and a strong technical interest. You have an academic technical education, or equivalent work experience.

As a person you are self-motivated and a person who always strives to reach the next target and who never gives up. You have a business-oriented and creative mindset, and you always put your clients’ needs in first place. Developing new, long-term relationships with customers is a strong driving force for you and you thrive when you deliver new sales opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
• At least five years of experience from B2B sales and developing long term relationships
• Experience in sales within electric energy and/or automation
• Academic education within engineering or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in the core markets native tongue and English, both written and oral
Meriting
• Knowledge of AC Drives and Motor Control
• Additional language skills
