• Base Salary 150k – 200k + Bonus + Equity

Role & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Success
• Work closely with the sales team to support the customer journey, secure technical wins, and cultivate strong advocates.
• Build deep relationships with customers, ensuring our solutions align with their objectives.
• Establish trust at all levels of an organization, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Guide customers through all phases of adoption, from initial discovery to full-scale implementation.

Solution Architecture & Integration
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to design and integrate solutions that address customer needs.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of technical strategies.
• Provide expert guidance to CloudOps, Systems, and other technical stakeholders to drive successful deployments.

Technical Expertise & Enablement
• Develop in-depth knowledge of cloud-native technologies, microservices, and DevOps best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative solutions and insights.
• Train and support partners throughout the sales cycle, ensuring they can effectively position and utilize our platform.

Thought Leadership & Content Development
• Deliver strategic recommendations that help customers maximize the value of our solutions.
• Create high-quality technical resources such as guides, sample code, and blog articles.
• Equip customers with best practices to overcome challenges and optimize their platform usage.

Skills & Experience

5+ years in customer facing role (solution architecture/engineer, sales engineer, consulting, or similar)
• 2+ years hands-on Kubernetes including Designing, Deploying & Managing AKS, EKS, GKE.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey technical solutions effectively to varied stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
