Sales Enablement Project Manager Intern

Staples seeks a collaborative, organized intern to assist senior project managers in a hybrid role at corporate headquarters. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management • Obtain weekly project status from all team members • Learn and use project management software • Prepare and assist in project documentation • Document resource needs and availability • Organize and schedule team meetings • Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines • Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders • Monitor project progress and help in adjustments • Measure project performance to suggest areas of improvement About You The company is looking for: • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field • Rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Strong Excel skills, including ability to use pivot tables • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative (preferred) • Ability to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives (preferred) • Detail-oriented and highly organized (preferred) Training & Development • Opportunity to develop new insights and innovative solutions • Encouragement to actively seek growth through formal and informal development channels How to Apply • Submit your application through the provided link, ensuring all required information is included.
