Sales Director (Remote | 10k+ per Month Potential)

Our leadership team has built teams of over 200 people across the globe, and now we’re scaling hard. We're looking for a Sales Director who wants to build the system, close deals daily, and earn big. This is a sales role. The base isn't massive. The commissions are. You get paid for what you bring in. What You'll Be Doing • Building the fully cycle sales process for Lago • Cold calling up to 100 businesses every day • Following up with 3 to 5 inbound leads per day • Closing 6 to 10 or more placements each month • Using Go High Level to manage your pipeline and automate follow-ups • Building simple SMS and email automation to speed up your outreach • Helping build and eventually lead a growing sales team What You Can Expect to Make • $2,000 per month base salary • 15% commission on all collected revenue • 6 placements = around $4,320 in commission • 10 placements = over $7,200 in commission • Our goal is to help you hit $10k per month and keep growing from there Requirements What We're Looking For • A true closer who thrives on hitting targets • Highly organized and self-motivated • Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling • Familiar with CRM systems (especially Go High Level) • Quick to learn and willing to get your hands dirty • Ambitious and ready to lead a team as we grow Bonus if you’ve worked in recruiting, staffing, or offshore hiring.
