The Sales Development Representative is responsible for contacting, qualifying, and converting dental office leads. There’s no ceiling to what you can achieve in this role – if you’re highly motivated to go above and beyond, a diligent executor and a strong written/verbal communicator, Clipboard Health is the place for you to excel. ResponsibilitiesProactively reaching out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to generate interestClearly communicating the value of our platform to prospective clients and addressing initial objectionsBuilding trust and rapport with prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutionQualifying leads and setting up high-quality opportunities for the Account Executive or sales teamSupporting market growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients in assigned territoriesQualificationsWillingness to hustle / lack of fearExperience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospectsExperience calling warm and cold leads to convert from leads to opportunitiesRequirementsStable high-speed internet connectionA computer workstation (laptop or desktop)Internationally located (not in the US or Canada)Availability to work US working hoursFluency in English speaking and writingBeyond the basics, what will make you successful:Extreme Ownership: the buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do.
