Sales Design Director

Design engaging visuals for presentations, documents and prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts.
Ensure consistency with branding guidelines and project objectives.
Incorporate feedback from the Senior Design Director and stakeholders into iterative designs.

The Senior Sales Designer will play a critical role in crafting the visual components of deliverables, ensuring they are both aesthetically compelling and aligned with strategic objectives. They will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional design solutions across various mediums.

Required technical and professional expertise
Advanced proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience in Consulting or client facing roles
Familiarity with the pre-sales process
