Sales Consultant & Album Designer (Entry level, residence in Florida, Texas or Nevada)

Job Overview
We’re looking for Sales & Album Design Consultants to join our fully remote team. In this client-facing sales role, you’ll host Zoom appointments with clients who are excited to turn their images into heirloom albums and artwork.
You’ll walk them through product options and upgrades, offer simple design guidance, and help finalize their order. No cold calling—just warm leads, stunning images, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on families around the world.

What You’ll Do
• Host virtual 1:1 consultations via Zoom with warm leads
• Guide clients through album and wall art selections
• Offer simple design direction to help clients visualize their finished products
• Close sales, finalize orders, and enter details in our CRM
• Ensure every client has a premium, personalized experience
What We’re Looking For
• Strong sales and client communication skills
• Confidence in guiding clients toward thoughtful purchasing decisions
• Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Evening availability required: at least 3–4 evenings/week from 6–9 PM EST
• Preferred total availability: 25–40 hours/week
• Experience in photography, design, or the arts is a plus but not required
• Multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly base pay + commissions
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling beyond evening minimum
