What We Are Looking For:The Sales Coach will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our clients sales team's skills. This position is responsible for providing hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring to sales representatives, with a focus on improving performance, fostering collaboration, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales techniques, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. What You'll DoDesign and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to clients of Arootah Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual strengths and areas for improvement. Develop and implement role-playing exercises and other interactive training methods to enhance sales skills. Performance Improvement:Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable feedback and strategies to sales representatives to help them achieve and exceed their sales targets. Monitor progress and adjust coaching methods to ensure continuous improvement. Collaboration and Team Building:Foster a collaborative and supportive sales environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork. Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to discuss best practices, challenges, and success stories. Work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to align coaching efforts with overall sales objectives. Sales Strategy and Execution:Assist in the development and refinement of sales strategies and tactics for Arootah Clients Stay current with trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations. Support the sales team in developing effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. RequirementsProven experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or have held senior level sales roles within successful start ups or financial services firms. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, technologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certificationsICF Certifications PreferredWork for a well-funded disruptor in the finance, wellness, and technology space.
