Support the Marketing team in managing customer accounts and follow-upsEstablish telephone contacts and promote Lanka Com products and services Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and productsMaintain accurate sales records, contracts, and documentationManage and track leads, ensuring a seamless customer experienceAssist in developing proposals, quotes, and contracts
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExposure to the IT industry is preferred.
