Position Summary:
Are you a high-performance closer who thrives on turning qualified leads into signed deals? We're hiring experienced Sales Closers to join our B2B sales team and focus exclusively on closing pre-qualified hotel leads. You'll take over after the initial discovery stage, conduct high-impact presentations, handle objections, and bring the deal across the finish line.
If youre persuasive, confident, and know how to close deals in a consultative sales environment - this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Take over warm leads generated by our sales development team or inbound channelsConduct final product presentations and follow-up calls with hotel decision-makersManage objections, build trust, and guide prospects toward a confident buying decisionDrive urgency and clarity in the closing processCollaborate closely with sales management and operations to ensure a smooth handover post-saleConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Sales Closer in B2B, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or service-based industriesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skillsConfidence in speaking to hotel owners, GMs, and senior decision-makersAbility to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals without micromanagementPhilippines-based; remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the hospitality industry or hotel tech is a strong advantageExperience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipedriveComfortable working in a remote-first sales team
