Role OverviewThe Sales & Client Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to signed contracts and smooth handoffs to operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound leads, preparing proposals, tracking contracts, and coordinating post-sales processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at optimizing sales workflows for efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Contract ManagementPrepare, send, and track contracts for signatures, ensuring timely execution.Maintain a structured system for contract storage and retrieval.Follow up on outstanding contracts to minimize delays in the sales process.2. Proposal CreationReview sales call recordings and create tailored proposals that align with client needs.Maintain a database of proposal templates for efficiency.Ensure proposals are sent within the expected timeframe and track follow-ups.3. Inbound Lead ManagementRespond to all inbound leads promptly and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.Schedule and coordinate sales calls with the appropriate team members.Maintain lead tracking and status updates within the CRM to ensure visibility.4.
