This is a quota carrying, hunter-focused role with revenue as the North Star metric via driving adoption of Dynamic across a wide greenfield territory of applications and chains, across projects and companies. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to technical demos to closing deals - with developers, product leaders, and execs at top fintech and Web3 organizations.You’ll report directly to the Head of Business Development, with wide support from Dynamic’s leadership, and have a direct impact on our product and engineering to ensure our success in Fintech and help refine our GTM playbook.You will be a fantastic fit for this role if you are:A technical SaaS seller with 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in fast-paced environments, and an excellent sales track record.A strong hunter who’s confident prospecting and opening doors via LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, and warm intros, including conferences and other IRL eventsExperienced in selling to developers or technical audiences (you’ve led API walkthroughs, answered integration questions, and navigated architecture discussions)Well-versed in enterprise SaaS sales with bonus points for being familiar with wallets, authentication, or other Web3 developer toolingComfortable operating independently and closing complex, multi-stakeholder dealsPassionate about the future of Web3 and excited to shape how people transact onlineBonus Points:Based in NYC, SF Bay Area, Singapore, London, etc.Active participant in Web3 developer communitiesPrior experience at an early-stage startup or working with crypto-native teamYou will:Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from sourcing and prospecting to technical selling and closingEngage technical stakeholders (e.g., developers, CTOs) with hands-on product knowledge and demosBuild and maintain a robust outbound pipeline using your network and proactive outreachTranslate industry trends and technical pain points into actionable sales strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and shape integrationsTrack and manage pipeline activity and forecasts in our internal CRM systemsAs you grow with Dynamic, there will be natural opportunities for career advancement
