In this role, you will consistently deliver on sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. You will utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, assist patients in selecting frames, and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers find the perfect vision solution. Your responsibilities will also include conducting measurements using appropriate optical tools and consulting with an Optician as needed. You will actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff. Maintaining the appearance of the store is essential, and you will take pride in keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Additionally, you will help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Responsibilities
? Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED

? 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
,
? Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators

? Basic phone and math skills
,
? Ability to embrace new technology and change with high accuracy

? Strong sales skills and accountability for sales results
,
? Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
,
? Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
