What you'll do:
Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads as well as developing and taking care of professional relationships
Salesmanship: Must have vast experience in sales in KSA, familiarity with the local market, and know how to prospect and qualify leads, build relationships and follow up on new business opportunities.
Business development: Develop new business opportunities by establishing a strong working relationship with local partners.
Sales operations: Ensure that the standard operating procedures and policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
Brand Ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values. What you'll need: Minimum 2 years relevant sales working experience in KSA (startup or logistics industry is a plus).Bachelor's degree Business, Finance or related discipline from a reputable institution.Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability.Must have excellent presentation and communications skills and be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus.Charming personality to build and maintain personal relationships.Autonomous and adaptable to cope with an ever-changing working environment.Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities.Must have a valid driving license and car.
