Kounsel is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and healthcare, who enjoy building strong client relationships and want uncapped earning potential in a flexible, remote work environment.
Compensation Structure
• First 3 Months: 100% commission-based (10–20% of product price + performance bonuses).
• After 3 Months: Eligibility for a monthly base salary of ₹45,000–₹50,000, based on successful achievement of assigned sales targets during the initial probationary period.
• Continued performance-based bonuses: monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives.
• Uncapped earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn!
What You'll Do
• Identify and reach out to healthcare professionals, practices, and organizations in need of credentialing services (e.g., Insurance, CAQH, NPI).
• Prospect clients seeking healthcare or counseling services through our intuitive platform.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of commission-based sales experience, preferably in Healthcare, Insurance, or B2B.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools.
• Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
