Duties
• Assist pet owners by providing expert advice on training methods, pet care routines, and behavior management.
• Support sales efforts by educating customers about pet products, grooming supplies, and training tools.
Skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners of all backgrounds is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in dog training or animal handling with a strong understanding of canine behavior.
• Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with pet grooming, pet sitting, kennel operations, or veterinary care enhances your ability to serve clients comprehensively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when managing supplies or assisting with animal care equipment.
• Passion for animals combined with a proactive attitude to educate clients and promote responsible pet ownership.
