Sales Administrator I

The Sales Administrator I will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing post-sales support.ResponsibilitiesSupport with managing individual team’s inbox to ensure timely response to inquiriesReceive, process, and confirm customer purchase ordersEnter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the CRM systemCollect and verify detailed end-user information for each orderHandle FCC Authorization Forms for US-based ordersPartner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillmentCommunicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and provide updatesServe as a liaison among various departments, including finance, shipping, and supply chainProvide customers with timely updates on the status of their ordersManage customer requests for order modifications or cancellationsEscalate high-priority tasks to senior staff with analysis and recommended actionsAssist with any other ad-hoc task assigned by leads/managers to support the team as necessarySkillsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-related or manufacturing fieldBasic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales dataProficiency in numeracyPrior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlinesHighly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Gmail or Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent and effective oral and written communicationAll employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug testingAs a US Federal Contractor, Silvus Technologies requires that ALL candidates being considered for employment for any position (regardless of level) MUST be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen)Demonstrated critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving capabilitiesAccurately follow instructions and confidently improvise in even the most ambiguous situationsPossess a keen attention to detail, with the ability to be accurate, flexible, and reliableBenefitsIncentive Bonus PlansMedical, Dental, Vision benefits401K with Company Match10 Paid HolidaysGenerous Paid Time Off PackagesEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Parental & Family LeaveAnd more!Company OverviewMotorola Solutions creates mission-critical communication solutions and services for public safety and commercial customers.
