We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant. This individual will directly report to our VP of Sales to assist with data entry of sales orders, administrative tasks as required, and being an all-around team player to assist in the needs of our growing company.

Responsibilities
• Entering Sales orders and creating client invoices in DISTRU.
,
• Following up on emails and messages. All must be responded to within a timely manner.
,
• Follow up and liaise with clients regarding scheduling payments.
,
• Notifying and coordinating with the operations/distribution team all pertinent details regarding order updates.
,
• Updating digital files with all the latest details.
,
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and collecting shop agreements.
,
• Processing data and generating reports.
,
• Sorting, scanning, and organizing files. (Paper & digital)
,
• Communicating with management teams on any needs or areas of concern that may affect other departments.
,
• Administrative support as needed for VP of Sales.
,
• Participation and note taking in weekly Sales meetings.
,
• Prepare Credit Memo requests to the accounting team for processing.
,
• Adaptability and flexibility are a must.
,
• The sales admin ideally will be available via phone for requests in early evening and may incur OT.
,
• Must have a Proactive approach and thought process to building a better workflow - able to actively communicate any issues or potential blockers.
,
• Curious and inquisitive is great, asking lots of questions is encouraged!

Requirements
• Proficient in office computer software use (G Suite & Microsoft Office Suite)

• Capability to meet all deadlines and multitasking capabilities
,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
,
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus!
