Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CST) & Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST) (20-30 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour

Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator is a revenue-focused, client-facing role responsible for leading sales presentations, webinars, and campaign-driven sales efforts for Let Sparks Fly group trips and programs.

This role works closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure prospective clients receive clear, compelling information that supports confident booking decisions. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting revenue strategy, optimizing sales execution, and maintaining sales assets that drive consistent conversions.

While this role does not close high-ticket CEO-led offers, it owns the execution of sales presentations, lead nurturing, and campaign support that moves prospects from interest to booking.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Revenue Support
β€’ Lead live and recorded sales presentations, info sessions, and webinars for group trips and programs
β€’ Present offers, trip details, pricing, and timelines clearly and confidently to prospective clients
β€’ Support revenue strategy by contributing insights on offer positioning, pricing presentation, and sales flow
β€’ Follow up with warm leads from webinars, presentations, and campaigns to support conversion

Sales Pages & Client-Facing Assets
β€’ Maintain and update sales pages to ensure accuracy of trip details, pricing, deadlines, and FAQs
β€’ Ensure sales assets align with current campaigns, offers, and launch timelines
β€’ Collaborate with operations and marketing support to implement updates efficiently

Sales Campaign Support
β€’ Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, flash sales, and promotions
β€’ Support the creation and organization of sales emails, follow-ups, and campaign messaging
β€’ Ensure all campaign assets are prepared, reviewed, and launched on schedule

Cross-Team Coordination
β€’ Coordinate with Operations and Billing to ensure smooth client handoff after booking
β€’ Communicate client feedback, FAQs, and sales insights to improve future launches
β€’ Maintain accurate CRM notes and sales activity tracking

Systems & Processes

The Sales Coordinator is expected to work within and help maintain the following systems and workflows:
β€’ CRM & Client Tracking Systems – lead tracking, follow-ups, and client notes
β€’ Webinar Platforms – scheduling, hosting, and managing live and recorded sales presentations
β€’ Website & Sales Page Platforms – updating content, pricing, timelines, and FAQs
β€’ Email Marketing Systems – supporting sales sequences, follow-ups, and promotions
β€’ Internal SOPs & Launch Calendars – adhering to timelines and documented processes
β€’ Client Communication Tools – email, scheduling tools, and call platforms

Experience improving or documenting sales workflows is a plus.

Qualifications
β€’ Proven experience in sales, client services, marketing, or revenue-focused roles
β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Comfortable presenting live on camera and speaking with clients in a professional setting
β€’ Experience supporting or leading webinars, launches, or sales campaigns
β€’ High level of organization and attention to detail
β€’ Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership

Education Requirements
β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
β€’ Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education

β€’ This is a remote 1099 contractor role
β€’ Contractors must provide their own equipment and are responsible for managing their own tax obligations

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
