Role: Safety Advocate
Location: Remote (US)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD
About X's Safety Team:
X's Safety team is dedicated to ensuring a positive and secure experience for our users. We investigate and mitigate issues that could cause harm, such as spam, fraud, and harmful content. We are a fast-paced, innovative team committed to continuous improvement through data-driven insights and a growth mindset. We are constantly refining our policies, detection methods, and enforcement strategies.
You Will:
Resolve safety cases and tickets to improve content moderation and customer support processes.
Work across multiple operational workflows to identify and address safety concerns.
Provide valuable feedback to product engineering and policy teams to streamline workflows and enhance safety measures.
Ensure consistent and unbiased application of content moderation policies, exceeding industry standards for user support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1+ years of experience in content moderation or customer support.
Active X user.
Experience analyzing operational data and providing recommendations to inform policy and strategic decisions.
Ability to efficiently and accurately execute daily tasks to meet productivity and quality standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work US shift hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available on-call.
Non-English language proficiency is a plus.
